French midfielder Bryan Dabo is expected to leave Montpellier in the summer, mainly because quite a few clubs are interested in signing him and the Ligue 1 club are not forcing him to stay.
Ligue 1 sides Rennes, Nice, Marseille and Saint-Etienne are said to be interested in the 24-year-old, but there is also interest from Everton and Swansea in the Premier League.
Earlier reports suggested both the English clubs had sent scouts to watch the French midfielder several times this season. Following up, Thursday's edition of French newspaper L'Equipe claims Everton and Swansea are still keen on the player, but Dabo is yet to make a decision on his future.
Apparently, he isn't sure if he should sign for a bigger club in France, or move to the Premier League. Not too bad a dilemma to have.
A move to the Premier League is tempting for most players these days, due to the money involved and the chance to prove themselves on a bigger stage, but it seems Dabo wants to evaluate his options.
Dabo is primarily a defensive midfielder, but can also play in an advanced midfield role, and the player could quickly adapt in England, as he spent six months on loan at Blackburn Rovers in 2014, but failed to make a single appearance for the senior team.
