Chelsea youngster Charly Musonda spent the last season, on loan, at Real Betis, and reports have suggested the La Liga side are keen on extending his loan spell, and have already submitted a loan offer for the player.
According to Spanish website El Correo, Real Betis have been waiting for a reply from Chelsea, and have already sent a financially better counter offer, although the La Liga side are prepared to move on to other targets, if they don't receive a positive reply from the Blues.
Cheslea are very likely to send Musonda on loan again this season, as he isn't deemed good enough for their first team yet, and the player is also keen after enjoying regular playing time in Spain.
Earlier, Chelsea scout, Piet De Visser, also confirmed to the media that Musonda will be sent on loan again this season, and should be ready for Chelsea next season.
The transfer window has just started, and it seems Chelsea might want to wait for better offers for the player, but the La Liga side would obviously want to close a deal soon.
