It seems like a age since the last games so I'm sure we'll all be well up for the football today.

Arsenal don't play today so Manchester United could go a massive 9 points ahead and Chelsea could get a 3 point advatange before Arsenal play tomorrow.

Should Chelsea lose today, Arsenal lose tomorrow and United win, they'll only have to get 4 points from their last 4 games to win the league.  I think.

Wolves need a win to climb from the bottom spot and you'd think if they can't beat Fulham at home given the circumstances then they may be dead and buried.  West Ham travel to Stamford Birdge with little more than hope and Blackpool must beat Newcastle if they want to make a run for it.

Rooney's due a few goals I reckon, I just have that feeling.

United team vs Everton

VDS
OShea, Ferdinand, Evans, Fabio
Valencia, Gibson, Anderson, Nani
Rooney, Chicho

Subs: Evra, Brown, Owen, Giggs, Carrick, Rafael, Kusz
No Park, Vidic, Berbatov or Smalling.
Will be interesting to see how many of those start on Tuesday.
Gibson started well but please stop with the random shooting

Rooney needs to be taking our corners. He's our best player at deadball situations.

We are so poor @ setpieces.

We've got the kids out again! Love it.

Liverpool: Reina, Robinson, Flanagan, Skrtel, Carragher, Maxi, Meireles, Lucas, Spearing, Kuyt, Suarez. Subs: Gulacsi, Cole, Kyrgiakos, Ngog, Poulsen, Shelvey, Coady.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

I'm a wreck after that. It was painful to watch at times. The goal just didn't seem like it was going to come but credit to Valencia for closing that ball down and for the cross to Hernandez.

I'm off for a drink now. :)

We're up 1-0, goal by Maxi after Foster spilled a great strike by Spearing

2-0

Kuyt

Gets the goal after some great work by Suarez, who gets away, is well-saved by Foster, but Kuyt scrabbles at the rebound and slots it into goal

That was nervy. Surely it's ours now.
I'm sure it is - Arsenal or CFC are not going to win all their games, no matter what you do!

Blark. 10-man Inter fight back from a goal down to win at home v Lazio FT 2-1
