It seems like a age since the last games so I'm sure we'll all be well up for the football today.

Arsenal don't play today so Manchester United could go a massive 9 points ahead and Chelsea could get a 3 point advatange before Arsenal play tomorrow.

Should Chelsea lose today, Arsenal lose tomorrow and United win, they'll only have to get 4 points from their last 4 games to win the league.  I think.

Wolves need a win to climb from the bottom spot and you'd think if they can't beat Fulham at home given the circumstances then they may be dead and buried.  West Ham travel to Stamford Birdge with little more than hope and Blackpool must beat Newcastle if they want to make a run for it.

Borussia Dortmund beaten by bottom side Monchengladbach. 5 points between Dortmund and Leverkusen now with 3 games to go.

I've just noticed that Dortmund result on thr Sky Sports app... pretty gutted, really hop they win it. I loosely follow the Bundesliga and from what I've seen, Dortmund's young talent, especially Mario Gotze and Nuri Sahin, have been brilliant to watch at times this season.

Pique, Puyol, Xavi, Iniesta, Pedro and Messi all rested for Barcelona.

They lead Osasuna 1-0. Villa with the goal.

Another one breaking his goal drought there then.

See, it is indeed an Easter miracle, just as TCIR says.

Still 0-0 at Brescia

Are Milan going to drop more points?

Juve v Catania, last game of the weekend, coming right up

Milan do score late on, a Robinho strike on a break, which will restore their lead to 8 points

0-1

Twitter storm.

Dani Pacheco made the mistake of tweeting a nice message re Torres, in a Chelsea shirt. Now he's apologising as I assume he got a lot of ill-tempered response. Poor kid, in his second language as well. Guess it's true that they don't think when they tweet.

Some idiots on Twitter playing 'who's the biggest Liverpool fan' and picking on a young kid after he congratulated his mate for scoring. The same thing happened when Sterling tweeted that he was having a good day with his mates on 15th April and people started calling him a disgrace. He's only a 16 year old kid FFS! Some people shouldn't be allowed to use the internet.

Anyway, heard we played brilliantly today. First game this season I haven't watched live, really looking forward to Football First later on. Spurs drew as well which keeps our European hopes alive. Everything's on the up for us at the minute, can't remember the last time I could say that so we should enjoy it while it lasts.

I'd forgotten about that! You are right. Internet hard men, right? <bangs head against wall> Guess they feel so powerful berating a young kid. Fools.

We were terrific. Saw the match on a stream, we were well organised, attacked with intent, and created about a million chances. Everyone played really well, the two young FBs were excellent, and Suarez was a god, involved in everything. Lucas and Spearo really good, Meireles and Kuyt worked their socks off. And Maxi? Pretty great. Even Joey Cole got a goal.  I'm super happy, long may it continue.

Messi, Iniesta and Xavi all on for Barcelona. Is that a sign that they're struggling against Osasuna I wonder?
2-0 Barcelona. Messi, 87 minutes.
Been out all day and missed the football.  Anyone know of a website where I can watch the full Liverpool v Birmingham match...?
