Did we just win 2 in a row? Too little too late, but starting to build the platform for next season?

Err, yep. Two in a row. We'll be getting into bad habits.

Finally we are playing the right formation and the right players! Yes, we could swap Bree for Hutton and Bunn for Johnstone but two clean sheets mean they deserve their chance.

Jedinak is vital for us and I hope we can keep him fit. Everyone else has competition for their place (or will do when Hogan returns) so I hope we can use the rest of the season to perfect this system and grow confidence.

Everybody played well last night. Connor Hourihane made a big difference when he came on and played higher up the pitch. Young Andre Green was superb and was unlucky with the great run and shot that hit the crossbar. Neil Taylor had his best game so far. Alan Hutton is playing out of his skin at the moment and merits his selection. Henri Lansbury worked hard in midfield and will add goals soon. Mile Jedinak played really well and helped to contain the aerial threat from Wilbraham and Flint. overall I'm very happy and if we can beat Rotherham on Saturday, get a point at Huddersfield and beat Sheff Weds at home Saturday next we will be on a good run, which should set us up for an interesting end to the season.

No fun for him, but Hogan being out may help things along. Means Bruce can't fiddle around with 2 up front. 4-3-3 plays to our current strengths and is most likely to help newer players settle. By the time Hogan comes back then hopefully we will have a much more confident in tune set-up, and it will be easier to incorporate him.
