Saturday 3rd May 2014 kick off 2pm

Maghull arrived at Villa Park, home of Ashville FC, for this Haworth & Gallagher Bowl Final. A venue, that has been the scene of many a heartbreak in cup encounters over the years ! The boys met at Maghull early, for breakfast and to take in the atmosphere of Cup Final day.

Maghull 1-1 Mossley Hill

Saturday 26th April 2014 kick off 3pm

Saturday was a bit of a strange day, to say the least.

The title wrapped up, a cup final on it's way and a fulfilling of league fixtures. But it shouldn't have been.

A strange kind of game took place yesterday. The hosts, last seasons league champions, had been relegated and were now playing for pride. The newly crowned champions, were merely fulfilling fixtures. So not a lot to play for.
